Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive treatments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive dental practices.
• Take and review dental X-rays as needed.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and diagnosing oral health conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to ensure a comfortable experience.
Qualifications:
• Valid Texas Dental Hygienist license.
• Minimum of 5+ of experience in a dental hygiene role.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Knowledge of the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies.
• Team-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Experience with digital charting and dental software is a plus.
