We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who loves working with children, values patient education, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights
Deliver gentle, thorough preventive dental care for pediatric patients
Create a calm, positive experience for children of all ages, including anxious or first-time patients
Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and lifelong dental habits
Perform cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and periodontal charting appropriate for pediatric patients
Take and review dental radiographs while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Collaborate closely with pediatric dentists and clinical team members
Build trusting relationships with patients and families in a welcoming environment
Enjoy a workplace where patients feel cared for and team members feel valued
Qualifications
Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas
Pediatric dental experience preferred (or strong interest in pediatric dentistry)
Excellent chairside manner with children and families
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a gentle, compassionate approach
Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and high-quality care
