About the Role
You’ll take on the lead dentist position in a busy, well-equipped downtown location that’s part of an 11-practice local group. This is a great fit for a provider who values autonomy, patient relationships, and long-term growth within a supportive, doctor-focused model.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dental care to new and existing patients
- Lead the clinical team and uphold high standards of care
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on oral health
- Collaborate with hygiene and admin staff to optimize flow and outcomes
- Contribute to the long-term vision of the practice
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and diagnostic skills
- Patient-first mindset and interest in private-practice ownership
- Experience in restorative care, same-day dentistry, or digital workflows preferred
Compensation
Base salary plus percentage of collections. Typical annual earnings range from $200,000 to $300,000. Includes fully paid health, dental, vision, malpractice, PTO, and equity opportunity.

This in-person role is based in Atlanta, GA 30303—just minutes from Midtown (ZIP 30309). Easy access via I-75/I-85 or MARTA, with walkability to major employers, residential high-rises, and downtown amenities.
