R. Mark Blackmore DDS PC is a single doctor, private dental practice located in the Valley Ranch area of North Irving. We are currently looking for a full time dental hygienist to call our office home.
Dr. Blackmore has been serving the area for 26 years and has earned the trust of his patients by offering patient-centered care and treating each patient like a family member. We do not 'sell' dentistry or push treatment plans. Our high treatment acceptance rate and patient retention is because our patients know they are not viewed as dollar signs. We have a wonderful staff! Our patients enjoy that they have been seeing the same staff members for more than 10 years! We are looking for an applicant who seeks long term employment.
We are looking for a dental hygienist with an outgoing personality and great clinical skills, including primary use of the cavitron and limited hand scaling. We are asking for a minimum of 3 years experience, but this is negotiable. Dr. Blackmore does not believe in micromanaging his dental hygienists and gives them the autonomy to develop a treatment plan based on the patient's individual needs.
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm. We take lunch from 1-2pm. Our office does not work through lunch or past 5pm.
We use Dentrix software and Dexis digital radiographs.
