Full-Time General Dentist – Serve Patients in The Dalles, OR (Just 1 Hour East of Portland)
We’re hiring a General Dentist to join a mission-driven dental team serving patients in The Dalles, Oregon, located along the scenic Columbia River Gorge—only about an hour from downtown Portland. This role is ideal for a Portland-based dentist seeking meaningful work, a balanced schedule, and the chance to make a lasting community impact while enjoying a manageable weekday commute or optional relocation support.

⁃ Competitive annual salary ($150,000 – $175,000 DOE)
⁃ Full-time, Monday – Friday schedule (8 a.m.–5 p.m.)

About the Role
You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages, including exams, preventive care, restorative treatments, and documentation in Epic EHR. You’ll also participate in quality initiatives and peer-review programs that promote clinical excellence and community health equity.
Qualifications
⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited program
⁃ Oregon Dental License and DEA certification
⁃ Current CPR and continuing education credits
⁃ Strong leadership and collaborative skills
⁃ Commitment to equitable care for underserved populations
⁃ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
