We are looking to add a part-time hygienist for 2-3 days per week to our work family.
We are a 2-doctor, private practice in Allen TX, and we typically have 3-4 hygienists working per day. We have a wonderful team and amazing patients.
We see patients from 8-noon, and then again from 1-5.
We have a morning huddle at 7:40am.
We do NOT do accelerated hygiene.
We use Dentrix software.
We work a rotating schedule where we see patients Monday-Thursday one week, and then Tuesday-Friday the next, with the Fridays that we work being abbreviated days ending at 2pm. We have a little flexibility with which weekdays to add a hygienist, but the ideal candidate would be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. With the rotating schedule we do, this would look like working M, W one week, and then W, F the next week, and then we have room to add a 3rd working day per week as well.
