Qualifications
• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Current, valid Texas dental license
• Texas Medicaid credentialing required
• Previous experience in pediatric or family dentistry is preferred, but not mandatory

• 30% of adjusted collections
• Full clinical autonomy with respect to patient care and treatment planning
• $10,000 sign on bonus
