Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Treatment:
Provide comprehensive oral health evaluations and treatment planning
Perform preventive care, including cleanings and patient education
Execute restorative procedures: fillings, crowns, and extractions
Conduct endodontic treatments (root canals)
Address orthodontic concerns and malocclusion
Apply preventive and cosmetic treatments (sealants, whitening)
Clinical Operations:
Order and evaluate diagnostic imaging and laboratory work
Prescribe appropriate medications and manage pain control
Administer local anesthesia and sedation when indicated
Maintain thorough clinical documentation and treatment records
Collaborate with dental team members and specialists for optimal patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications
Required:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Active Texas dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Current malpractice insurance
Proficiency with dental practice management software and digital systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strong clinical judgment and technical skills
Preferred:
Additional certifications in specialty areas
Experience with modern dental technologies
