Proxi Dental Staffing is hiring a General Dentist to provide locum coverage in Hobbs, New Mexico, just over an hour from Midland. This is an excellent short-term opportunity with $125/hour pay, full travel and lodging provided, and a supportive clinical team ready to help you focus on dentistry, not administration.
What You’ll Love

⁃ Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
⁃ Supportive team including 1 Hygienist, 2 Dental Assistants, 1 Lab Tech, and full front office support

About the Role
You’ll provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive care in a well-managed practice environment. This is a great fit for Texas-based dentists seeking flexible, short-term work with strong compensation and a quick drive from home.
What You’ll Do
⁃ Perform comprehensive exams, preventive care, and restorative procedures
⁃ Provide fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, dentures, and root canal therapy
⁃ Collaborate with the support team to maintain efficiency and patient satisfaction
⁃ Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
What You’ll Bring
