We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including cleanings, restorations, crowns, and extractions
- Utilize laser and other advanced technologies to enhance patient comfort and treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene, growth, and preventative care
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and dental practice regulations
- Stay current with continuing education and advancements in pediatric dentistry
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Valid state dental license and specialty certification in Pediatric Dentistry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
- Experience with laser dentistry or a willingness to train in new technology is a plus
