Note: This is an onsite position in Iraq.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer local anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures
- Maintain patient records accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses
Experience:
- Proficiency in conducting vital signs assessments
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and electronic health record systems
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and procedures
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations
- Understanding of medical terminology and medical imaging techniques
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques for infection control
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited dental school in the United States.
- Current and unrestricted dental license from any U.S. state, and has at least three years’ experience after licensure as a general dentist
