The goal is to find an associate that wants to eventually be a partner. Dr. Mark is retiring and he can stay on as a mentor if needed.

Daily Guarantee for 90 days
- $1,000 per day, or a % of collections, whichever is higher when observed over that time frame.
- Option for a base salary then % of collections over base
