We’re looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our fun, fast-paced dental office in Birmingham, AL — just a short drive from Hoover, AL 35244. This is a great fit if you want steady hours, a friendly team, and a focus on quality care without high-volume stress.
What You’ll Love

- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- One-hour appointments, averaging 7 patients daily (5 on Fridays)

About the Role
This is a hands-on clinical hygiene position with a focus on preventive care and patient education. You’ll work with a supportive dentist and team who prioritize patient comfort and wellness.
What You’ll Do
- Perform cleanings, take x-rays, apply fluoride, and educate patients
- Update and maintain accurate records and medical histories
- Assist the dentist with procedures when needed
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Support a welcoming, comfortable visit for every patient
What You’ll Bring
- Valid Alabama Dental Hygienist license
- 2+ years of hygiene experience preferred
- Skilled in dental x-rays and CAD software
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft
- Strong grasp of HIPAA, aseptic technique, and dental anatomy
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent patient communication
