About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role in a practice known for clinical excellence, comprehensive treatment planning, and long-term patient relationships. You’ll provide a wide scope of services—including restorative, implant, and full-mouth care—supported by advanced technology and a skilled team.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, restorative, and implant care
- Lead treatment planning, including full-mouth rehabilitation cases
- Collaborate with a supportive team of 2.5 doctors and multiple assistants
- Work primarily at the Washington Ave location, with optional days at the Abrams office
- Build lasting patient relationships while supporting steady practice growth
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility)
- 2–3 years of experience or completion of an AEGD/GPR preferred
- Strong clinical confidence in comprehensive care, implants, and restorative dentistry
- Outgoing, communicative, and committed to long-term patient relationships
- Interest in mentorship and practice ownership
