Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:
Fast Growing Healthcare Company seeking a Private Pay Representative!
This position will focus primarily on collecting and the invoicing of Private Pay balances. At times assist with the reviewing and assessing insurance denials or returned claims. Must be able to communicate with insurance companies and clients from a resolution-based perspective. This communication should be focused on acquired knowledge, insurance carrier guidelines, company policies & procedures, research and collection efforts. This position will be based out of our corproate office which is located in Addison, TX. You will foster a culture that is Caring, Accountable, Collaborative, and Family Focused.
What we are looking for!
- Associates degree preferred, will take five years’ experience in lieu of degree.
- 3-5 years of knowledge in a behavioral health or medical clinic setting preferred, but not necessary
