Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate completion of monthly reports and other documentation related to the progress of participants in the program.
- Promotes and utilizes a research-based curriculum as designated by the program contract for youth and/or families.
- Presents facilitate, and co-facilitates various group, individual, family, and public education presentations.
- Conducts pre-tests and post-tests on all participants as designated by the program contract
Requirements:
- Degree in education, social work, or related field preferred.
- Certified Prevention Specialist designation preferred
- Two years' experience working with youth in chemical dependency prevention, intervention, or treatment setting. One-year of experience working with families is preferred for programs with family programs.
- Must maintain a valid Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record based on Phoenix House policy
- Must have COVID vaccination proof (religious and medical exemption accepted)
