HVAC Technician – No Selling Involved
We are a local family held real estate company managing its own portfolio of retail, office and multi- family properties in North Texas for over 50 years. Our maintenance division is dedicated to professionally maintaining our company owned properties. The skilled and dedicated tradesmen provide services and repairs for plumbing and heating/air conditioning in a non-pressured team environment. We are currently looking for a full time HVAC technician to join our family- oriented company.
This is a salaried position and provides a company vehicle with NO SELLING INVOLVED! We offer paid vacation, group health insurance and 401k with a company match when eligible. we are also willing to pay for schooling and training for the right candidate.
Note: Our average tenure for our team is over 20 years! Our people rarely leave unless retiring.

Must pass a pre-employment evaluation, background check and drug screening.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Salary will depend on experience
Full time position – minimum 40 hours per week
